About the project

An established international food brand entering the UK with strong heritage but little local recognition, alongside the pressures of a major supermarket listing and its associated media obligations.

We developed the media strategy to support the launch, ensuring those commitments were delivered effectively while also building broader awareness in the right places.

At the same time, we built their UK social presence from the ground up. We defined how the brand should communicate, then delivered it end-to-end. Every post was created and managed in-house. We identified and engaged chefs and influencers, sourced relevant channels, organised sampling, and built a steady flow of content designed to establish both visibility and credibility.


Results

Paid, specialist and organic activity were aligned throughout, so the brand appeared consistently wherever it was seen or heard. The result was a coordinated UK launch that met retail requirements while also building genuine presence, recognition and momentum.
