About the project
A national housing developer struggling to convert interest into sales across multiple developments in the South of England, with a requirement to sell around 270 properties in just two months.
The existing approach relied heavily on local press and was no longer delivering at the pace required.
We reset the strategy, making it clear that hitting the target would require a broader, more coordinated media approach and a willingness to move beyond the existing channel mix.
We introduced a multi-channel plan, combining print with radio, online and outdoor, and shifted the focus from promoting individual developments to marketing groups of properties by location.
Prospective buyers were shown the range of homes available within a defined radius, increasing relevance and giving them more reasons to engage.
Results
The result was a significant increase in qualified interest and a sales rate that exceeded expectations, with units selling out significantly ahead of deadline.
